Choose time format
I'd like to be able to choose the time format (24 / 12AM/PM) in business calendar independently from the phone system settings.

I want to assign a task to a time slot for exemple from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Would it not be possible to validate, like a task, an event because I notice that we could not assign a task to a time slot for exemple from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

Duplicated entries from calender feeds
Hi there
I use Business Calendar with my Outlook365 account. In this Outlook account, I also import an ICS feed from another provider (Desk-Net). It shows me these appointments correctly in the Outlook web view, as well as in the Outlook app on Android. They also appear in Business Calendar 2 - but after a while the entries start to multiply. MUSLIMS Hijri Calendar Correction
You see this in most stock and lark calendar apps. Different Muslims follow different definitions to what's considered the beginning of a month. So there is always + or - 1, 2, or even 3 days off between different muslims in the Hijri. It would be helpful to have an option to adjust the Hijri calendar (Secondary calendar in the app) to match the user's correct Hijri date.

Bookmarked calendars tabs organization/sorting.
If you have multiple bookmarked calendars, you can't move the tabs around. You have to turn all the bookmarks off then turn them back on in the new order you want them displayed. It would be very smooth if you can just hold and drag the bookmark tab to where you want it in the bookmark list at the bottom of the calendar. Or let that be an edit bookmarks mode of some sort.

[BUG?] In the day view, half hour events are displayed as 1 hour events
In the day view, half hour events are displayed as 1 hour events.
Consequently consecutive events are displayed side by side.
How can I make them display the correct size?

Please display <hr> tags correctly
BC2 seems to ignore <hr> tags.
As a result, the line before and the line after them are merged.Other calendars such as Google Calendar display them correctly.
Overall, I think it would be very useful if BC2 had more extensive html support.
For example it would be very useful if you could add support for images in the <href>.🙏 Please continue to improve this very good program.

If you create an appointment with an individual color, you can use it to synchronize your local calendar.
Adopt the individual color of an appointment and do not change it in the previously set local calendar color

I NEED this calendar for IOS!
Changed from Android to iOS a few months back and struggeling ever since!
It was so helpfull for organising with all the features- especially with my ADHD! There is no other app like this! With all the features in one organising App, such as: Appointments AND To-Do‘s, multiple reminders, colour coding categories, showing or hiding categories (really helping to not get overwhelmed), and so so much more!5 votes -

Support for separate start and end time zones
The browser version of Google Calendar allows to set a separate time zones for the start and end time of an event. This is useful for flights between time zones.
It seems that BC is unable to access or edit the end time zone (to be fair, neither do Google or Samsung Calendar apps).This problem is independent from issues regarding viewing of events in different time zone.

Add support for assigning a favicon to the event
I think it would be very useful that the events could have an icon that allows to individualize or visually characterize them so that they are more easily identifiable.
Following the favicon concept for web sites, it seems to me that something similar could be implemented for calendar events (and tasks?).My proposed implementation is simple: if an event contains an attached image file called favicon.*, Business Calendar should interpret it as the favicon of the event and should display it in the way it is determined.
I propose to incorporate a switch to enable or disable favicon detection.

Add support for markdown in the description field
Please, add support for markdown in the description field.
Markdown is a fairly simple and widely used markup language, especially in the area of information technology.
I think those of us who require more expressive richness in the description field would benefit greatly from the addition of markdown support.
Those of us who are accustomed to using it will benefit immediately, but I believe that those who are not, with a little effort, can quickly incorporate the benefits of this tool.
If markdown support is incorporated, a global configuration item could be added to enable or disable it.

I want this calendar on my iPhone/iPad and Windows
I’ve tried all the other apps (Apple calendar, Outlook, Gmail, other third-party stuff) and none of them are actually useful.
They all feel super lame after I’ve started using Business Calendar Pro.
I had started using it on my Android phone but then I switched over to my current iPhone. I had actually been really hesitant about switching because I knew that IOS doesn’t support this calendar. Now, I actually regret switching to IOS.
I’ve also had SO many issues with Business Calendar’s syncing with other calendars. Only SOME of the events/tasks that I add on BC2 are being synced…5 votes -
Symbol for repeating events in Day View
A suggestion for the dev team please:
In the day view, could they consider putting a small icon in the
appointments to show when they are repeating? Maybe the word M with a
circle around it to indicate monthly repetition, Y for year, W for week?My sense is that this would be fairly straightforward to implement as it's a visual / display only change. (No model or UI/UX impact)

Grouping and Sorting
In the task widget I would like to have separate options for grouping and sorting.
Currently there is a sorting option which also does a grouping for the same category in the task widget.2 votes -
Event filters
Would be nice if we could have custom filters in the application and widgets.
I use widgets, and sometimes want to hide specific tasks/events from the view.
For example I have a daily meeting where I set the location I will be working at for my colleagues. But I don't want to see that meeting in the widget.
I would love to have a feature where I can filter the view based on a regex for a specific field.
