I NEED this calendar for IOS!
Changed from Android to iOS a few months back and struggeling ever since!
It was so helpfull for organising with all the features- especially with my ADHD! There is no other app like this! With all the features in one organising App, such as: Appointments AND To-Do‘s, multiple reminders, colour coding categories, showing or hiding categories (really helping to not get overwhelmed), and so so much more!739 votes -
Collapse multiple pending tasks
With multiple pending tasks, both the Google Calendar app and the Calendar desktop display the tasks as one collapsed entry "# pending tasks".
However, with both the Business Calendar app and the BC widget, multiple tasks are displayed individually...in many cases leaving room for nothing else, requiring the user to scroll to see the active daily events. Can BC
be set to display collapsed pending tasks the same way that Google Calendar does?1 vote -
Watchface with appointments that are synchronised to the time markings
The Outlook app has in theory a Design, where the appointments are snychronised with the reference marks in form of a bar on the outer ring. I would love to have such wear os watchface.

Show multiday events only on start day across all modules
Option for multi-day events to show only on the start day needs to be added to month view week view; andday view so it is uniform across app.
I’m a firefighter working 24-hour shifts (8:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.), and this option works perfectly in the agenda view — it keeps things uncluttered and easier to read. However, the same feature doesn’t seem to carry over to the Month, Week, or Day views, where the event still displays across both days.
It would be a huge improvement if that “show only on start day” option could apply across all views.…

Symbol for repetition, reminder, description, attachment & others
I would be pleased if it were immediately apparent in the preview of the appointments in the weekly overview that something has been entered in the "Description" field in the appointment details (e.g. in the form of an icon). It would also be practical if it were also immediately apparent in the overview that the appointment has an attachment (e.g. in the form of a paper clip).

Sort calendar events and tasks in a certain way
Hello,
I've been using Business Calendar 2 Pro for several years now. I have a question that would help with my daily activity : how may I sort the calendar events and tasks in order for them to be listed by calendars ? I mean I'd like the app to show my work calendar tasks of the day together, followed by personal tasks. On the downloaded photo you can see the different colors belong to different calendars ; I'd like the tasks of the same color to show together instead of being mixed all together. Display the month number after the date in the widget. See image.
Is it possible to display the month number after the current date in the widget for subsequent months? As shown in the image https://ibb.co/3Y8HY6p2. October does not have a month number because it is the current month. From the following month onwards, it would be 1/11, 2/11, 3/11, etc. This would improve the overview in the widget.

Please include GROUPS in export/import!
Many of us enjoy the grouped-calendars feature. Yet, when moving to a new phone, all group data is lost :(

User setting: Share mails or text as a task (and not as event)
When sharing text with Business Calendar, a new appointment is currently always created. It is not possible to create a task with the standard settings for a task (e.g. reminders) instead.
Therefore, it would be beneficial if the user could directly create a task with the usual standard settings when sharing.

Different time zones
Google calendar currently supports making the same event have different time zones. I have to travel across different time zones for work. It would be helpful if my appointments accurately accounted for the fact I may not be in the same time zone when starting and stopping the trip.

Earlier this year, when I marked a task as done, it disappeared from the main list but stayed visible with a strike-through in the task view. Now, checked tasks vanish completely unless I enable “show completed tasks,” which makes the list cluttered.This change is very inconvenient—if I accidentally mark something as done, it’s gone, and I have to change settings to find it again. Please bring back the old strike-through option for completed tasks.

Reminder after start of an event
I wanted a way to set a reminder for the END of an event, but I think that there is no way to do it.
But, I've found an alternative. Doing some search in other calendar applications, I saw one that had "Event end time" as an option for reminders.
So I created a test event and added this reminder to it. Then I went to Google Calendar in web just to check what had it done. And I found out that the other app had added a "time negative" reminder. So, if the event was set to start at…

Time picker shall show start and end time
The time picker for a new entry should show starting and end time. So it would be much more efficient to set start and end time in one popup.

Limit visibilty of Events to "busy"
in the iCalendar specification the visibility of an event in shared calendar can be set with the CLASS-parameter. For this parameter, three values are defined in the RFC:
CLASS:PUBLIC--> Event is visible with all details in a shared calendar.
CLASS:CONFIDENTIAL--> event is visible in a shared calendar, but only as "busy".
CLASS:PRIVATE--> event is not visible at all in a shared calendar.see RFC 5545, Abschnitt 3.8.1.3

i want to delete input history.
I want to show a check box for each item(to check some).
for example, I have 10 items list in all history.
And if check box to select an item are shown each item, so I can select one or some.
If I want to delete first, second, tenth item, I select first, second, tenth, and delete(click trash box icon).
So I can delete 3 items at one time((not pressing long 3 times).

I want to be able to edit widgets through the main app
Currently there is no way to get to the widget configuration screen if we remove the configuration button from the widget.
It would be very useful to be able to get into the widget configuration through the main app.

Faster calendar selection when creating event
I have a proposal for an improvement. When creating events I need to switch calendars very often (several times a day). Some things go to my personal google calendar, some go to the family one shared with my wife, some go to our house renovation scheduling one.
My current setting is that I add the event to the last used calendar.
For switching calendars I have to tap the column with last used calendar, then the list with calendars appears and I choose the one I want to put the new event to. (Screenshot 1)

DAY VIEW suggestion
In the setting for Day View, there are 5 options for the Width of the Sidebar (0%, 25%, 33%, 40%, 50%). I currently have it set at 40% which I find too narrow. 50% is too wide.
Implementing a sliding adjustment bar would provide optimal flexibility, enabling users to customize the width to best suit their needs.
