  1. Sum of tasks in task list

    I wish there would be sum of existing noncompleted tasks in the task list view.

    Total number of all tasks in title line
    Number of tasks for each category next to Title of list.

    Example:
    MyTaskList (5) <- meaning 5 tasks are still pending.

    Old Business Tasks App had this feature in menu view.

  2. export single calendars

    It would be great to export, in just one click, alle the desired calendars, in single ics files, not merged into 1 final ics file. That's because, when you restore the merged ics file, all events are restored in one calendar, not in the different calendars that you started from. I know that the alternative is to select every time a single calendar to export, but this function is working in the old businness calendar.

    I think 30min is to coarse. I would prefer a 15min grid while I view 16 hours of a day

  5. It would be great if there was an option to hide sub tasks in the task widget view. Only need to see parent task.

  6. Improve event overlapping

    Overlapping events does work in general (and is my preferred method over side-by-side view in day or week views).

    However: sometimes the overlapping algorithm fails, e.g. one event completely overlaps another event (e.g. if both at the same time).

    I use 10-15 calendars (categories) at the same time, so it happens quite often, that I have events listed at the same time or overlapping.

    Please fix and improve the overlapping algorithm (e.g. minimize the sum of percentages that are overlapped by other events)

  7. Outlook meeting organization compatibility

    I use BC with my job Exchange server and when I organize new meetings directly from it, I do not have access to

    1. the address book of the company server;

    2. the list of meeting rooms if I want to book a room;

    3. other people's calendar to see their availability.

    Is it possible to add these services to BC?

  8. Week view snap

    I want a setting to make week view always snapp where first Day of week is always at The far left. Swiping left or right would jump whole weeks.

    It would be nice to be able to preset a "quiet time" under reminder/notifications. E.g. 9pm - 7am there are only LED alerts, if switched on

  11. Customized sharing of events

    It would be cool if I can customize the share - function.

    Most of the time, my events are based on the headline and the mentioned times. Seldom added with locations.

    If I share a event via threema for example, the headlines were repeated. In that case (95 percent ) I have to correct the text.

    Nice would be the same function like the templates. Even with space holders (variables) for time, location, description and so on.

  12. More options in number of shades (year view)

    Please add the option of "1" and "2" in number of shades (year view). This is an helpful feature (and easy to add...) when browsing calendars with few events per day. Users may select only one calendar (holidays, for example) and quickly glance the distribution of events over the year.
    Currently, days with one event appear in very light colors are do not pop up for easy visualization.

  14. I want the option to use colored circles instead of colored boxes in the widgets

    Within the agenda widget you have the possibility to show colored boxes (optionally with time). I prefer round icons, but the boxes don't match my theme. It would be nice to have colored circles instead of boxes in the agenda widget.

  15. widget voice add task

    O want to add tasks by voice. I can use s voice or Google now and work arounds but still too complicated say if I am driving. Perfect would be a widget-tap-speak task-save, similar to the easy of "send text..." and a text message is sent. When I have time I can edit tasks variables as needed but when I am busy I just want a quick way to add tasks for later. I have memory issues and I will forget

  18. A "Date Wheel" type feature

    I wanted to make a request for a date wheel feature. Basically I work with deadlines and time frames and having a very fast way to identify a specific date that is 2, 3 or 10 weeks away would be very helpful.

    There are a few apps that exist that perform this feature, but having it integrated in Business Calendar Pro would ideal.

  20. 4D Time Management widget

    A to-do list view widget, that let's categorize tasks into 4 visual fields/categories: Delete, Delegate, Defer(Delay), Do.
