Alternative icon possibilities for Birthdays/Anniversaries
I would like to be able to change the Icon used in the Birthday part of the app. For example sometimes i wish to remember the date of death, or some other anniversary (that is not always a happy Event). I dont think the birthday cake is always apporpriate for this. Thanks

Day & Week View: timeline to be color customizable
The line in day or week view representing the current time should be color customizabe. It's dim and would be nice to stand out more brightly to more easily help you see when your next appointment is.

Week & Day view/widget: event end time
I want to have the beginninh hours and the end hours on the weekly calendar like the old version, il you take a train or an airplane this is very helpfull

Split view Month/Agenda
Some calendar apps, such as Today Calendar, have a split view with the month displayed in the top half and the agenda displayed in the bottom half. I would really like that view in Business Calendar.

Sort option for all day events (by title or calendar)
I used special chars in BC1 to sort my all day events (ie "! This is an important event" or "☆ This is a family event").
In BC2 events are sorted by calendar instead of its title.

Hide appointments with the status "Available"
Workaround: da Outlook-Kategorien nicht auf Android synchronisiert werden können -> Termine, welche den Status "verfügbar" besitzen, sollten analog zu abgelehnte Termine optional ausgeblendet werden können. Damit können Termine wie Abwesenheit, Pausen oder ungestörte Zeiten im Firmenkalender für andere im Kalender vermerkt werden, aber unterwegs (auf Smartphone) stört mich der Eintrag nicht.

julian date support
add an option to the month view to display the julian number for the day like is done for the "show week numbers" selection. being able to only select one of these options (show week numbers or show julian number) would be fine. for example, july 1st would display the number 182 (assuming year was not a leap year).

One hand operation
Add the option o move the top menu of the calendar to the bottom, above the favorites bar to improve one hand operation. My tumb doesnt reach the top of the screen. The whole menu band (with all the options there).27 votes -

Every instance of recurring tasks should show up on calendar
I need to see my recurring tasks represented each time they come due on the calendar. Presently only the very next instance of the task shows, which gives the false impression that I have free time, when in fact I have scheduled obligations. Can this be changed, to allow the user to specify whether ALL instances of recurring tasks show up, or only the very next instance does (which is the current, mandatory setting).

More nesting levels of subtasks
I see in BC2 only one nesting level of subtasks but in native tasks much more nesting levels.

Customize widget's add button
It would be really useful if we can customize a widget add button action. For example i would like the + button on the day widget to create a new task exactly like the + button does on the tasks widget.

Task sorting by user priority
Hi,
many thanks for such a nice application.Please, can you integrate Task sorting by user like website of Google calendar (or application like https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ch.teamtasks.tasks&hl=en )?
I'am using many tasks and sorting by date or priority is little confused. (because high priority have more task than is visible on widget screen).

Tasks smartlists and filtering
Please bring back smartlists for tasks (i.e. show event withing the next 4 days etc.) and also the ability to hide completed tasks in the task view! It would be better to just hide than delete completed tasks.
Note that I am not talking about hiding completed tasks from the calendar month view, but specifically the task view.

Connection with Trello
A connection with the task manager Trello would be great. It could show all dates within trello or at least the tasks from Trello.

A parent task button in the sub-task.
Often a scheduled sub-task comes up in my agenda, but I need to review the parent task. Currently I have to go and find the parent task in Task view. Would be very helpful to be able to click a "parent task" button in the sub-task that would just open the parent task.
