  1. Drag tasks directly onto schedule on Day View

    For the Day view, it would be great if we could click and hold to drag tasks from the right side bar directly onto the day to schedule them.

  2. Countdown Feature: Enhanced Leave Management

    I propose the addition of a feature within the template functionality that acts as a countdown for remaining days of vacation or any other category (such as sick days, etc.). Users should be able to define the validity period (for example, the calendar year) and the number of days available during that period. Subsequently, when creating an event in the calendar with the specified category, the app should display the remaining number of days to provide users with a clear overview of the days still available.

    Since there is a priority option when a task is created, could it be possible to add an Eisenhower/priority matrix widget? This is a very useful visual strategy to boost productivity.

  5. Use specific calendar's events as background for week view

    I have a separate calendar for daily work times (with a rolling schedule, differing for multiple weeks), which I'd like to see in the background of my week view. Naturally, the contained events are all marked as "free" (and thus look different than those with busy status), but still take up horizontal space besides appointments from my main calendar, making the latter illegible.

  7. I want to export results of a Calendar search.

    Calendar Reports

    Feature request:
    export results of Calendar Search.

    Priority: High.

    Implementation:
    Add 'Export' to Search options.

    Desired Result:
    Data file (xls, csv, or ??) that can be saved through standard Android file calls (on device, Dropbox, etc.)

    Impetus:

    1. Management and client requests for documentation of Date, Time, Duration, and Description of calendar events.

    2. Tool for invoicing to capture and summarize hours and activities at specific locations or for specific clients.

  9. Multiple emoticons to appear at the bottom of each day in month view

    In month view, currently, a maximum of one emoticon appears in the bottom corner of each day, which defaults to the emoticon of the earliest event on that day.

    It would be great to have multiple emoticons be able to appear as there is space for at least three in a row at the bottom. If you have multiple events in a day, it would be a great way to get an idea of your events for the day in a quick glance.

    The ideal scenario would be to give people the option for how many emoticons they wanted to…

  10. I need the ability to select multiple tasks and relocate them to a different day/time at the same time.

    Something comes up that blocks your whole day that was meant to fulfill lots of tasks? Need to rearrange them all to the next day? This happens to me a lot and it's kinda exhausting selecting 10 tasks individually and rescheduling them. Having the option to long press and select multiple tasks to reschedule them would be awesome!

  11. Display "tentative" status for calendar items

    BC2 currently only displays the status for "Busy" or "Available" items. "Tentative" items look the same as "Busy" ones.

    Would love it if displayed "tentative" status for calendar items using a crosshatched/striped line and muted color the way Google and Outlook do.

  12. Visually distinguish appointment with status Busy / Free / Out of office

    Visually distinguish appointments with the status Free / At another location / With reservation / Booked / Out of office as in Outlook.

    In Outlook, a bar is displayed on the left-hand side of appointments with a status which looks different depending on the status.
    This is the case in the day view and also for all-day appointments throughout the day.

    I miss this visual distinction and it would help me to see at a glance whether I am already booked or out of the office for the whole day, for example.

  13. BC2 might be improved by including a clear event divider in week widget

    Noticed in the week view widget that any events that are in the same calendar (thus likely same colour) that are end to end don’t have a clear graphical representation of where one finishes and the next starts unlike in the weeks view of the main app where there is a (one pixel?) line separating the events. Makes accurate indication of timings difficult, especially when viewing a time range from, say, 6am to midnight everything is squashed up and just appears as one big block of colour with just the event title to give a very rough indication of timing.…

    In Birthdays View, the bottom right triangle should have the color of the anniversary (blue, orange, gray, green, pink).
    The same for the bottom band with the name of the contact in Day view.

    Guten Tag,
    bitte setzen Sie in der Ansicht "Agenda" den Tag, Monat und Wochentag linksbündig (und nicht eingerückt); genauso wie die Uhrzeit eines darunter aufgeführten Termines. Außerdem wäre hilfreich, Tag, Monat und Wochentag farblich und/oder als Fettdruck deutlicher hervorzuheben. Dies alles soll dazu dienen, den jeweiligen Tag und seine Termine deutlicher gegeneinander abzugrenzen.

  19. Let subtask appear independently in the list sorted by date and in the widget

    I would like to have an option to see the subtasks independently in the tasklist (sorted by date) and widget. Example:
    + maintask (date X)
    - subtask A (date A)
    - subtask B (date B)
    - subtask C (date C)
    date A, B, C can be at different days, weeks, months, all necessary to complete the maintask, thus I would like to see 3 entries A, B, C indepenently in the the tastklist (date sort) or widget.

  20. Add a third option for delimiting two events when one ends and the next begins at the same time.

    Add a third option for delimiting two events when one ends and the next begins at the same time. This would simply be a slightly more prominent horizontal line between the two. I find that either of the current options (side-by-side or offset) detracts from the visual flow and can gives somewhat misleading visual sense of priority when there actually isn't any temporal overlap.
