  1. Show Emoticons in ongoing notification

Because of a lot of ongoing notifications it would be great if Emoticons would be shown also there.

  2. i want tasks to incrase priority after not completed.

I set my to do-s early, and would love for them to be able to automatically increase in priority when they pass X days or a certain date.

  4. Timezone to be saved in template

Just like the title says. I think in a template it should be possible to save the timezone.

  6. share calendar settings as: Public / Private / "Title"

It would be nice to be able to share an event's title, but hide its details (ie set the calendar or event's share settings to "Title Only").

Even better would be the ability to have a separate field called "Masked Title", allowing the user to set a custom title to show to the public that overrides the default event title that is shared.

    The ProPosed Settings

    Calendar/Event Share Settings:

    1. Public- shares the event title and all even'ts Details.
    2. Title Only - shares only the title of the event.
    3. Private- shows only free/busy.

    Event's Name / Title Settings:

    • Additionally the event's…

  7. Concatenate location in agenda / list widget

I would like to ask for a minor adjustment of widget display behaviour, specifically the display of location in agenda and list widgets.

Currently, if location information contains multiple lines of text, only first line is displayed.

The change I am asking for is to concatenate all lines of text and display as much information as possible in the widget.

Attached is a comparison screenshot with Event Flow Widget, that does exactly what I am proposing.

    https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xufWJ9zlhK6oYvTbrsq_sdLPDPhGIQYw/view?usp=sharing

The first event in the comparison has only one line of long text, the second event has two lines of shorter text.

    I…

  8. Day pro: scroll view around time

In the day pro widget there should be an option next to the "start time" and "end time" to be able to set some kind of "time area".

I imagine the widget thjen to behave like this: It automatically scrolls toe the actual time, while showing X hours in the past and X hours in the future. This way there would be no need to declare a specific start and end time and it would be dynamic.

  9. I would like a 'Hide future tasks' option in th Tasks widget

I just want to see the tasks I have to do now. Namely:

    1. Today not completed tasks
    2. Past not completed tasks
    3. Tasks without date

Nothing to do with the following tasks, so I don't want to see them:
    1. Completed tasks
    2. Future tasks

I think that's what the to-do list is for, How it's missing, not just from BC but also from competitors? In Rainlendar for Windows or my age-old GTO-tasks days to see is basic option, just set it to 1 hides all future tasks.

  10. E-mails flagged as "Follow up" in calendar.

I know Business Calendar is not a mail client, but I would like to see emails flagged as "follow up".
Such functionality is available in application Nine.

Currently I have to save an email as file, create a task in BC2 and attach that file to task.

  11. State icon

Hello. I have a suggestion for the "DAY VIEW" of the calendar. This is an optional feature and consists of adding a small "state box" (or a flap) on the lower right side of each event to fill it with an icon (or text), to describe what happened to the programmed event. For example, finished, approved, canceled, paid, charged, suspended, slope, etc. The state icon could be selected directly from the event box, without entering the event editing menu. I would like this suggestion to be considered for future versions of BC2. Thank you very much!

  12. Split Screen

Having got used to having two Apps side by side on my Z Fold4, I would love to be able to have two separate Business Calendar views side by side; e.g. so that I can see the Tasks view and the Week view simultaneously.

  13. Prevent removal of attachments from an appointment without going into edit mode beforehand

Currently it is too easy to accidentally delete an attachment, (as I have just done and couldn't find the attachment so had to log in to a website and download it again. Too much hassle.) There is no confirmation prompt when we delete the attachment, so it was lucky that I spotted I had deleted it, but it could so easily have been deleted without noticing just by the hand accidentally touching that X cross.

  14. SHARING EVENTS: allow title as file name

I would like to see that when sharing an event via WhatsApp, the ics file is not called 1_ecent.ics. It should wear the event name itself.
Or the user should be able to give the file a suitable name. In WhatsApp the receiver gets only the file name as visualization. Only after open the file the event itself is shown correctly.

  15. Adjust sizing (width) of the Day list widget "date" and add option to hide the date but keep the small clickable strip

    • Adjust sizing (width) of the Day list widget "date" and
    • add option to hide the date but keep the small clickable strip so I can still click on the small side to open the calendar to a month view

  17. Week View: Create setting to show/hide tasks in week view

In week view tasks are currently always shown, either on top or at specific times.

This is creating lots of shown items when just the appointments are relevant to me. I review my tasks on the day or tasks page. For views of larger time frames tasks are not needed for me. For some úsers the tasks might be relevant, for some they disturb.

Please create a setting for the week view that hides all tasks in the week view, therefore only showing appointments.

  18. Be able to add Tasks by voice on my Wear OS smartwatch.

Maybe with a specific complication, or with a keyword.
And be able to set reminders and repeating details.

  19. Sorting attachments

It would be good to be able to sort file attachments into date created order. This will speed up the locating and attaching files to the calender event.

My file attachments are from OneDrive and have format "Quote ddmmyy customer name. It can take a little while to find the required file without being able to sort the list.

  20. Add support for assigning a favicon to the event

I think it would be very useful that the events could have an icon that allows to individualize or visually characterize them so that they are more easily identifiable.
Following the favicon concept for web sites, it seems to me that something similar could be implemented for calendar events (and tasks?).

My proposed implementation is simple: if an event contains an attached image file called favicon.*, Business Calendar should interpret it as the favicon of the event and should display it in the way it is determined.
I propose to incorporate a switch to enable or disable favicon detection.
