I would like to request a feature enhancement regarding the Task list's postpone function to improve productivity and workflow management.
Current Limitation:
Currently, the postpone function for tasks only offers rigid options like 'Tomorrow' or 'Day after tomorrow'. It does not account for the user's non-working days or weekends.
Proposed Feature - "Avoid Day" Setting:
It would be extremely helpful to introduce a customizable option allowing users to exclude specific days of the week from the automatic postpone calculation.
- How it should work: If a user defines Friday and Saturday as their off-days, postponing a task on Thursday should automatically jump to Sunday, safely skipping the weekend. Similarly, postponing a task on Sunday would move it to Monday.
- The Benefit: This flexibility ensures that professional and important tasks are not mistakenly scheduled on non-working days, keeping personal time uninterrupted.
While there are workarounds in the Month View, having this logic integrated right into the quick 'Postpone' button would save multiple clicks and offer a much more seamless experience. Please consider adding this option.
