  1. Color overdue tasks in a different color automatically

    I would like to be able to make overdue tasks stand out more by coloring them in a different color (for example red) automatically. Particularly in the agenda widget. This is a feature I've seen in many other task apps.

  2. I want the option to use colored circles instead of colored boxes in the widgets

    Within the agenda widget you have the possibility to show colored boxes (optionally with time). I prefer round icons, but the boxes don't match my theme. It would be nice to have colored circles instead of boxes in the agenda widget.

  3. enhancement of the 'are you attending' replies for repeating events

    Here's my idea:

    Decline a single event in a recurrent (weekly, monthly, etc) event +
    textbox for a reason

    If I have a weekly event on egg. Monday 10:00 and I want to only decline
    the event for next Monday, Business Calendar always declines all events
    if I check the "no" radio button on "Are you attending?"

    Could you please check this and fix it if it is broken?

    Maybe there should be two options:

    "Are you attending this event?" (YES, MAYBE, NO)
    and
    "Are you attending all recurrent events?" (YES, MAYBE, NO)

  5. Add calendar setting that will disable per-event colors for that calendar

    I subscribe to a calendar that someone else manages. They set specific colors for each event.

    This causes me some confusion when I am looking at my month view because I color-code my calendars, and their custom event colors make their events appear like they belong to other calendars.

    I would really like a boolean option for a given calendar to be able to disable per-event colors for that calendar so the calendar's color is used for all of those events.

    To be clear: I don't want to change the colors of their events (and I don't have access to),…

  6. Expand lines as needed (For Task Widget)

    One thing that would really make sense to me is to tweak a 'Task' widget option you already have. Where it allows for one, two, or three lines on the 'General Task Layout', I would love to have the two & three line options be 'if necessary'. What I'm saying is to make it a maximum setting, rather than fixed...or maybe have a choice between 'fixed' & 'variable' lines. I'm sure some people would like it fixed the way it is now.

  7. Holiday mode for agenda and notifications

    If I am on vacation I don't want to see events and notifications from my business calendar(s). In this mode only personal calendars should be shown in my agenda. Only the daily/weekly/monthly view can still show the business calendar(s).

  8. Drag & Drop function in Agenda View

    May I recommend a future feature:
    Very often during my daily research browsing the Web I find something of interest & take a screenshot thereof to remind me to investigate further later on.

    I would love to attach this screenshot to my calendar reminder entries to investigate further when back in the office/home when I have more time.

    Would be great to attach documents, Screenshots.

    Please also add the Drag & Drop function to the Agenda View!

    Finally it would be nice to be able to have a font size, colour & highlight option added to your Icon Ribbon in…

  11. Time management of fourth generation

    Improve an instrument of fourth generation of time management. First things first.

    In the main menu you can insert Vision, Role and Goals.

    Vision is a simple text.
    You can management the Role and Goals as Smart Tag (For example I can write in description of task and event "@personal" or "#study english" and with a smart filter I can found every task or event with that tag).

    Smart filter have to be hierarchy (fist level - Role, second level - Goal) every tasks and events can be classify.

  12. Hide appointments with the status "Available"

    Workaround: da Outlook-Kategorien nicht auf Android synchronisiert werden können -> Termine, welche den Status "verfügbar" besitzen, sollten analog zu abgelehnte Termine optional ausgeblendet werden können. Damit können Termine wie Abwesenheit, Pausen oder ungestörte Zeiten im Firmenkalender für andere im Kalender vermerkt werden, aber unterwegs (auf Smartphone) stört mich der Eintrag nicht.

  13. Option to remember calendar for external events

    I regularly book gym classes that are released one week ahead of time through an app, which creates a new event with the same title every time. Business Calendar assigns the event to the last used calendar, but I would like an option to assign it to the calendar last used for an event with the same title instead.

  14. Week view: display of multi-day appointments

    Ich möchte einstellen können, dass ein mehrtägiger Termin IN den Spalten erscheint, anstelle der Anzeige am oberen Rand. So wäre schneller ersichtlich, dass der Tag schon voll ist.

  15. Improving transition between "move", "change", "create new"

    when I work on a weekly view I can move an event with drag & drop but when I want to change it I need to go back, open and edit.
    Proposal: on the same screen when I click on an event and keep
    pressed goes to "move", if I click without holding down goes into "edit", if I click on an empty place goes to "create new"

  16. Import calendar data

    I often export my work calendar from MS Outlook into the .ics format. Then I import it into my work calendar in BC2. It works well and very smoothly. However, before importing of the new data I have to delete old data. Otherwise the items are duplicated. The new feature could either (1) remove all data from the target calendar, or (2) erase only older duplicates so that the calendar is up to date.

  17. Display rejected dates in calendar view in gray.

    It would be great if rejected appointments in the month or weekly overview are displayed in gray instead of completely fading them out. So you would quickly see in the overview of what dates you promised and which one refused.

  18. Tasks and Favorite bar

    Separate the calendar views and task views for the favorites bar.
    In other words I do not want all my tasks showing on my month calendar. I only want to view them when I go to the task list. Currently you need to click the tab to view the tasks inside the task list. But that also makes them viewable on the calendar view. You must continually click them on and off each time you enter calendar view or task view. I think these should be separated.

  19. Simply task widget view - Group tasks by date (next 7 days, next 30 days, Sep/Oct/Nov)

    In the Toodledo app tasks coming up are not grouped in each individual day they are due. Instead, they are grouped first into the next seven days, then they are grouped into each month they are due.
    I would like something like this. When I work on tasks, I put it in a calendar. When I want to be aware of tasks, I just assign a date it is due by but do not assign time in the calendar. The tasks that have a due date are cluttering the display up by getting grouped into the individual days.

  20. I want swipe right gesture to trigger standard delete action in agenda view

    This saves one click each time I need to deleted given item, hence it increases ease of use.
