I NEED this calendar for IOS!
Changed from Android to iOS a few months back and struggeling ever since!
It was so helpfull for organising with all the features- especially with my ADHD! There is no other app like this! With all the features in one organising App, such as: Appointments AND To-Do‘s, multiple reminders, colour coding categories, showing or hiding categories (really helping to not get overwhelmed), and so so much more!677 votes -
Symbol for repetition, reminder, description, attachment & others
I would be pleased if it were immediately apparent in the preview of the appointments in the weekly overview that something has been entered in the "Description" field in the appointment details (e.g. in the form of an icon). It would also be practical if it were also immediately apparent in the overview that the appointment has an attachment (e.g. in the form of a paper clip).

I need Business Calendar 2 for Windows
Most of the day I'm on my laptop, running Windows OS, and I'm trying to avoid using my phone at all, so I would need a solution for Windows.

Hide any calendar from the view without deactivating it
I suggest a feature to hide any calendar with the toggles at the bottom of the view without actually deactivating that calendar and its notifications. For example, I have a medicine calendar whose reminders are important, but I don’t need to see it in the view, as it clutters it unnecessarily.

Start date/ duration for tasks
I want to be able to give tasks a certain duration, just like other events. This is critical for my workflow.

I would love to have this feature :
the ability to see a progress bar per tasks with subtasks and if possible for the overall day as well (tasks completed on a given day)

Sync with EteSync
I've been using the pro version of your app for some years now and I truly love it. So first of all I want to thank you for your efforts and creativity. Add a photo to "calendar entry only" birthdays
Currently if you add a pets birthdate or a young child, they don't have contact info in your phone so when you enter them in as "calendar entry only" the photo is blank. I would like the option to add a photo in the calendar.

Issues with Birthdays
Hi, I'm a beta tester, for some reason in the last few days my contacts birthdays have started appearing as part of my main calendar. In the Google calendar app this is not happening. I am unable to select birthdays separately in some of my accounts in the calendar list to fix it. Is this a bug or by design? I would appreciate your help to remove it either way!

Need an option to pick up multi people on multi locations.
You can only put 1 location at a time, would be great if i can put more then 1 location in 1 event.

Calendar 2 Pro: Google Play
For some reason, Pro 2 (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.appgenix.bizcal.pro) is not available for any of my devices (ranging from Android 11 to 15) in the U.S. This confuses me, since the free version is.

Additional option for task completion date
I would appreciate it if there were an option to freely choose the completion date when marking tasks as done (e.g., "now," the originally planned completion date, or a custom date).

Define Rules for Event Colors
Be able to define rules to make events specific colors automatically. For example, a rule may be if the event title contains a keyword, then set the event color to a specific color.

Set up multiple reminders by default
Within Business Calendar you can set up multiple reminders for an event but this needs to be manually done each time. With Google Calendar you can set events to automatically have multiple reminders.
Two examples of the use case:
- I often set up meetings so I want a reminder a week beforehand and then one on the day
- More realistically, I have ADHD - as do around 10% of the population - and time blindness is definitely a thing, so I really benefit from setting both a popup reminder and an email reminder just before each meeting. Every…30 votes -

Use specific calendar's events as background for week view
I have a separate calendar for daily work times (with a rolling schedule, differing for multiple weeks), which I'd like to see in the background of my week view. Naturally, the contained events are all marked as "free" (and thus look different than those with busy status), but still take up horizontal space besides appointments from my main calendar, making the latter illegible.

Private and Shared Comments on a calendar item
When we set up a meeting in the calendar and we write thoughts and tasks for that meeting in the description it would be very useful if we could have just a tick box saying if you want to share the description with the invited people or not. or even better: to have one part of the description just to yourself and one part to share with the invitees of the meeting.
