  1. I NEED this calendar for IOS!

    Changed from Android to iOS a few months back and struggeling ever since!
    It was so helpfull for organising with all the features- especially with my ADHD! There is no other app like this! With all the features in one organising App, such as: Appointments AND To-Do‘s, multiple reminders, colour coding categories, showing or hiding categories (really helping to not get overwhelmed), and so so much more!

  2. Symbol for repetition, reminder, description, attachment & others

    I would be pleased if it were immediately apparent in the preview of the appointments in the weekly overview that something has been entered in the "Description" field in the appointment details (e.g. in the form of an icon). It would also be practical if it were also immediately apparent in the overview that the appointment has an attachment (e.g. in the form of a paper clip).

  4. Define Rules for Event Colors

    Be able to define rules to make events specific colors automatically. For example, a rule may be if the event title contains a keyword, then set the event color to a specific color.

  5. Respect our calendar order in import dialog

    When importing events from file: the target calendar defaults to the first one in a list that is most likely how they appear in the configuration, probably tied to Android's account list. But the first calendar on ordinary Android is always google's calendar, and it cannot be deleted. Thus bc2 import always favours google's calendar.

    We should have the option to downgrade or hide calendars. And in fact we do: we can filter and order calendars for the colour buttons by marking them favorite or not (where the last one marked favorite becomes last in the list). But the import…

  6. Options for Multi-day events with start and/or stop times

    I have many calendar events (often created by someone else with whom I share a calendar) which span several days, but which have specific start and / or stop times on the first and last day.

    In google calendar, these would appear as a single "all day" item spanning all included days, in both month and week views.

    My suggestions for Business Calendar are as follows:

    For Month view. Option to show "multi day" events the same as "all day" events. So, the event title only shows once and spans the whole event, instead of title appearing on first day,…

  7. Display "tentative" status for calendar items

    BC2 currently only displays the status for "Busy" or "Available" items. "Tentative" items look the same as "Busy" ones.

    Would love it if displayed "tentative" status for calendar items using a crosshatched/striped line and muted color the way Google and Outlook do.

  8. I need the ability to select multiple tasks and relocate them to a different day/time at the same time.

    Something comes up that blocks your whole day that was meant to fulfill lots of tasks? Need to rearrange them all to the next day? This happens to me a lot and it's kinda exhausting selecting 10 tasks individually and rescheduling them. Having the option to long press and select multiple tasks to reschedule them would be awesome!

    add 'expensive' variables into event, and able to change view to account book that to check my expensive habits.
    More extend function that, may able to support AI pic-to-text and auto extract items and price to fill in details.

    I would like to see a list of Completed tasks by task that can be sorted by date finished. This would make it easier to see when tasks were completed without having to endlessly scroll through the entire list.

  11. Template functionality extension

    implementing a function to create a template that will be for a certain period, but this period will contain several phases. This function can be either as a task with subtasks that will have time periods, or as an event that will have a different duration for each phase. My goal is to schedule the incubation of eggs using an incubator and the activities associated with it. It is actually probably a small project and not an event or task...

  12. Multiple emoticons to appear at the bottom of each day in month view

    In month view, currently, a maximum of one emoticon appears in the bottom corner of each day, which defaults to the emoticon of the earliest event on that day.

    It would be great to have multiple emoticons be able to appear as there is space for at least three in a row at the bottom. If you have multiple events in a day, it would be a great way to get an idea of your events for the day in a quick glance.

    The ideal scenario would be to give people the option for how many emoticons they wanted to…

  13. Support Google calendar's s working location

    Google’s working location appears as an event on the business calendar, even though it isn’t one. I’d like the option to hide it from the schedule view, especially the full-month view, as it clutters the calendar and shouldn’t be treated like an all-day event.

    If hiding it isn’t possible, at least make it smaller and visually distinct from actual events. Right now, every day in my calendar has “Office” at the top since it’s the default working location in my company, making the view unnecessarily crowded.

  14. Guaranteed Event Persistence and Sync Reliability

    Currently, Business Calendar for Android occasionally fails to save or sync events when network conditions are poor or when users don't wait for the complete sync process. This results in data loss, which is unacceptable for calendar events that often represent critical business and personal commitments.

    User Impact:
    • Lost appointments and meetings
    • Reduced trust in the application
    • Need to re-enter data multiple times
    • Risk of missing important commitments
    • Additional time spent verifying if events were actually saved

    Proposed Solution:

    Implement a robust event persistence system with the following characteristics:

  15. Start date/ duration for tasks

    I want to be able to give tasks a certain duration, just like other events. This is critical for my workflow.

  16. Line-wrapping in month-view

    In month-view event titles get truncated, making the titles quite uninformative on narrow screens. Hence, it would be useful for me to have the option to enable line-wrapping event titles in the month-view.

  17. Option for partialy completed tasks

    I suggest to have an option, to mark a task as partialy completed and stop postponing it to another day.
    When copying such a task, a user should be asked if he wants to persist the subtasks' completion as it is from the original task or not. If so, the original task will be closed and the new one will be created with some subtasks already completed. If not, a new task will be created with all the subtasks opened (as it is now).
    This scenario is great for shopping, if you do not want to buy everything at once…

  18. Incompleted Tasks Counter in the Menu

    In the main menu -> link "Tasks (n) incompleted", I would like to see the number of all tasks that are incompleted only in the current month, year or week, depending on the calendar, view chosen. At least future periodic tasks should not count count into that if they are repeating the next month or the next year. This could be configurable, of course.

  19. Extended keyboard

    When I edit a description of an event, I like the simple markdown editor, but if the description is too long and I want to use a markdown sign at the top, I have to scroll down all the description to the markdown menu to click on the markdown sign. Also, when I select a text at the bottom, the markdown menu is overlapped by the select text context menu.
    So, I suggest to extend the keyboard for the calendar description by a single line of the markdown menu as most markdown editors already do.

  20. Progress

    Hi,
    I would love to have this feature :
    the ability to see a progress bar per tasks with subtasks and if possible for the overall day as well (tasks completed on a given day)
    I think this would make the app complete !
