  1. Make it like that Back button doesn't close app, but instead shows a message that one more Back button click closes the app.

    It is annoying that when I click Back button from settings or some view multiple times and the app suddenly closes. It would be better to show a message that one more Back button click closes the app. In the end it would take double click of Back button to close the app instead.

  2. G Suite Support - Find-a-time and Room Resources

    G Suite accounts have room resources and a "Find-a-time" options in the desktop version and android version of Google Calendar. It is essential for creating meetings in organizations. For being called a "Business" Calendar, I don't understand why this is mandatory in this app to support G Suite accounts. Business Calendar should support all Google Calendar app options, and then some. This actually makes it so I cannot create any events (meetings) from my phone.

  3. diary feature

    have a diary button when weekly or day view, which open a new window to write a diary.

    Also link photoes in small icon when photos are taken which acting like a photo diary too. Small icons of photo are shown when weekly or day view so that you can see what photos are taken on that particular day at glance. Also you can see these photos sorted by dates in middle size icons when entrring an album function or when you tap small icon in weekly or daily view.

  6. AGENDA VIEW: Option to show all day events at bottom and events with times at the top

    As in title, I prefer to have "all day" events at the bottom in the agenda view (including widgets) and would like to see all events with deadlines /times first. That would be my default preference or it could be an option that can be selected in the settings.

  7. Phone number detection should be a lot less sensitive

    Almost every number in an event description is detected as phone number. This is especially bad with dates and times. The following are all detected as phone numbers:

    10.06.
    15.02.2018
    15:20-15:45
    09120

    A phone number should have a reasonable minimum length (6+ digits?) and common pattern that are not phone numbers should be excluded (such as YYYY-MM-DD, DD.MM.YYYY, ...).

  9. Option to replace existing appointment with a saved template in edit mode. Currently the templates are not avail when editing an appt

    Please add the option to click on an existing appointment to edit and have the option to replace it with a saved template. Currently I have to delete the appointment then add a new one in order to see the templates. The old app had this option. Please update.

  10. I want the top bar menu options set by user

    Make the top bar menu modifiable by users. E.g. the "+" button is available in all views for all days, so not needed in the top bar but cannot be removed or replaced. All users have different tastes, so possibility to modify the top bar menu will be beneficial.

  11. Calendar name in the event details

    Proszę o wprowadzenie możliwości wyświetlania nazwy kalendarza przy nazwie wydarzenia. Sam kolor przy dużej ilości kalendarzy to za mało. Np. eksportując z booking.com kalendarze każdy pokój to kalendarz. Mając 30 pokoi - kalendarzy ciężko operować kolorami.

  12. Interaction of the community by the devs

    I'd like to see the devs interacting with the community here. I wasn't here for a long time, since mainly I just wanted to post feature ideas. And now I see that my old voted and posted ideas didn't change at all.

    This makes me think that this platform is a plain placebo platform to calm the users, which I really find sad.

    It would be great to have not only interacting devs (so that we users could see that at least our ideas are being read by the devs!) but also a better system. Being able to post only…

  13. Event creation: allow to reposition or hide widgets (for location, repetition, attendees, etc)

    When creating a new event, it would nice to be able to reposition, and hide some of the elements. For example, maybe that you don't use 'location' or 'description' that often, but want to see first 'repetition, it would be good to be able to reorder the elements in the settings.

  14. change color easier

    I want to change color easier. Now we can add reminder(alarm of event) in detail view by one click button. So I want to change color of event as easy as adding reminder. Please add Changing color button in detail view.

  16. Configuration of Sort order for "Agenda"-View

    The "Agenda"-view for Task should allow configurating the sort criteria (minimum: Title, Priority; better: Task list, too). Currently most tasks are sorted by Priority descending, but not reliable. Some tasks are out of sequence.

  17. Show the number off full days entered in a certian calendar somewhere

    This feature could eg be helpful for people in the thourism industry, when working as a tour guide. By just entering the tource you already completed and the ones yet to come it would be easy to count the number of days you had work.
    This number again can (depending on your employer) be important for your payment.
    Another cenario: During corona time (thank god its over) this would have helped to count the days you have been working in home office across a whole year. There are certainly more applications for this feature.

  19. Line-wrapping in month-view

    In month-view event titles get truncated, making the titles quite uninformative on narrow screens. Hence, it would be useful for me to have the option to enable line-wrapping event titles in the month-view.

  20. Guaranteed Event Persistence and Sync Reliability

    Currently, Business Calendar for Android occasionally fails to save or sync events when network conditions are poor or when users don't wait for the complete sync process. This results in data loss, which is unacceptable for calendar events that often represent critical business and personal commitments.

    User Impact:
    • Lost appointments and meetings
    • Reduced trust in the application
    • Need to re-enter data multiple times
    • Risk of missing important commitments
    • Additional time spent verifying if events were actually saved

    Proposed Solution:

    Implement a robust event persistence system with the following characteristics:
