  1. Option for partialy completed tasks

    I suggest to have an option, to mark a task as partialy completed and stop postponing it to another day.
    When copying such a task, a user should be asked if he wants to persist the subtasks' completion as it is from the original task or not. If so, the original task will be closed and the new one will be created with some subtasks already completed. If not, a new task will be created with all the subtasks opened (as it is now).
    This scenario is great for shopping, if you do not want to buy everything at once…

  2. Incompleted Tasks Counter in the Menu

    In the main menu -> link "Tasks (n) incompleted", I would like to see the number of all tasks that are incompleted only in the current month, year or week, depending on the calendar, view chosen. At least future periodic tasks should not count count into that if they are repeating the next month or the next year. This could be configurable, of course.

  3. Extended keyboard

    When I edit a description of an event, I like the simple markdown editor, but if the description is too long and I want to use a markdown sign at the top, I have to scroll down all the description to the markdown menu to click on the markdown sign. Also, when I select a text at the bottom, the markdown menu is overlapped by the select text context menu.
    So, I suggest to extend the keyboard for the calendar description by a single line of the markdown menu as most markdown editors already do.

    Hi,
    I would love to have this feature :
    the ability to see a progress bar per tasks with subtasks and if possible for the overall day as well (tasks completed on a given day)
    I think this would make the app complete !

  6. I want to export results of a Calendar search.

    Calendar Reports

    Feature request:
    export results of Calendar Search.

    Priority: High.

    Implementation:
    Add 'Export' to Search options.

    Desired Result:
    Data file (xls, csv, or ??) that can be saved through standard Android file calls (on device, Dropbox, etc.)

    Impetus:

    1. Management and client requests for documentation of Date, Time, Duration, and Description of calendar events.

    2. Tool for invoicing to capture and summarize hours and activities at specific locations or for specific clients.

    It would be nice to sync directly to WebDAV sources including events and tasks (both with real attachments) without Google.

    Need an option to pick up multi people on multi locations.

    You can only put 1 location at a time, would be great if i can put more then 1 location in 1 event.

    I would appreciate it if there were an option to freely choose the completion date when marking tasks as done (e.g., "now," the originally planned completion date, or a custom date).

  10. Set up multiple reminders by default

    Within Business Calendar you can set up multiple reminders for an event but this needs to be manually done each time. With Google Calendar you can set events to automatically have multiple reminders.

    Two examples of the use case:
    - I often set up meetings so I want a reminder a week beforehand and then one on the day
    - More realistically, I have ADHD - as do around 10% of the population - and time blindness is definitely a thing, so I really benefit from setting both a popup reminder and an email reminder just before each meeting. Every…

  12. (Day pro widget/day view) Option to make tasks sections depending on what task lists the task belongs to

    The sidebar with tasks is AMAZING, however, the colour coding of the task isn't enough for me. It'd be helpful if we could divide the sidebar tasks into visible groups.

    Example:
    You have two task lists, one for home, and one for work. Right now the tasks are all mixed together and color-coded but randomly spread across the column.
    With the grouping, you could see a "home" tasks list and "work" task list under each other and the tasks in those lists for the day in them.

  13. Use specific calendar's events as background for week view

    I have a separate calendar for daily work times (with a rolling schedule, differing for multiple weeks), which I'd like to see in the background of my week view. Naturally, the contained events are all marked as "free" (and thus look different than those with busy status), but still take up horizontal space besides appointments from my main calendar, making the latter illegible.

  14. Private and Shared Comments on a calendar item

    When we set up a meeting in the calendar and we write thoughts and tasks for that meeting in the description it would be very useful if we could have just a tick box saying if you want to share the description with the invited people or not. or even better: to have one part of the description just to yourself and one part to share with the invitees of the meeting.

  15. Lock week-view and month-view in landscape mode

    My main view is month, showing 3 weeks with all 7 days. On a phone in portrait mode this becomes quote narrow. In landscape mode this becomes more useful, as more text of the event titles can be shown before it gets truncated.

    I would like this to be the default. I don't like putting my phone in auto-rotate mode, as it mostly annoys me when apps rotate accidentally.

  16. open app directly to a specific calendar based on widget setting

    I suggest adding a feature that allows opening the app directly to a specific calendar based on which widget is tapped. For example, if I have two widgets on my home screen, one showing Calendar A and another showing Calendars B and C, I'd like to be able to tap the first widget and have the app open directly to Calendar A, or tap the second widget and open the app to view both Calendars B and C. This would save time and improve efficiency when switching between different calendar views.

  17. Static summary view. A summary function like look back to my 2023

    That able to check back on how many time and how often do I spent time on sports, social, travel, my interests or any of the events. Which may help me to have a clear idea on the time spending of past years and review my living patterns.

  19. User-defined anniversary/birthday types

    Currently five birthday/anniversary types are available: birthdays, anniversaries, name days , wedding days and other. In my contacts I'm using a few additional types, e.g. date of death or licence/achievement dates. In BC2 these are grouped into the "other" type and thus have the same colour. It would be nice if one could add user-defined types in order to style them differently.

  20. User define task states

    It would bei very useful to have more than open and done for one task, eg 'in progres' or 'waiting'. At best the user can define his own states.
