  2. Left slide screen for templates in new event screen

    Now it takes to many steps to select a template. I suggest do add left slide screen for templates in new event screen like we already have right slide screen for selecting time.
    I found sometimes easier to choose few settings then to go to select a template.

  3. list of templates should be taller

    The list of templates is currently showing a fixed number of lines; I use a high DPI, and this means the list fills less than half of the screen, showing less than half of my templates.

    Just make the template pop-up taller, and try to fill screen. In many cases, it can avoid the need for lift/elevator (which by the way has a very poor/low visibility).

  4. One-click events postpone

    Could you take under consideration the idea of postponing events just by one click? Just like there's for tasks now.

    It also should be possible to postpone an event +1 day forward or +N days (where N = in settings)

    Now, while tasks are enabled in BC2, I can easily postpone a taks +1 day forward from agenda view. I would like to do the same with events.

  5. Relocate or increase space between delete and edit and drop down.

    Relocate delete button to the other side of edit. It's too easy to hit delete by mistake when selecting drop down list. Or increase space.

  6. I want to use the whole year view colored by length of the appointment. But i want to ignore appointments that are marked as available. Wit

    With this feature a could ignore entries like school holidays of my children but a see a planned business or holiday trip.

  7. Posibility to assign single appointment to several calendars

    To get a better overview, it would be very helpful if I could assign a single appointment to several calendars. Currently I always have to copy the appointments and so they appear several times, e. g. when I have the office and private calendar displayed.
    It would be cool, if it records all colors of the affected calendars in the 'overall appointment', but it would also be ok for me, if it assigns a new color.

  8. Color for tomorrow's events

    Right now we have the option to have today's event background color and the other days in a single background color as well, but there is not an option to have today (background color gray), tomorrow (background color darker gray) and the rest of the days (background color black) there is an option for 2 only and the reason why I like it with 3 is because it helps me the day before to visualize more comfortable what's going on the next day.

  9. Better 'email all' email subject

    When I click on a meeting and want to send an email using the 'email all' button from the app or notification, the email subject title that is created is of this format:

    Meeting Name (11:22 - 12:23 Mon, Oct 23)

    Is there any way to change that by default? I'd like it to be the standard format for replies, i.e

    Re: Meeting Name

    because otherwise it breaks the conversation view in Outlook for the recipients and starts a new thread. Most other calendar apps including Google Calendar will create email stubs using the second format.

  10. events with same start and end time: show as "time" and not "from-to"

    events with same start end end time as "time" and not as "from-to" (in popup)

    for example: the Event is on 10am-10am -> show as 10am

  12. Flexibility to display more all-day events

    In the Day (and multi-day) view, the all-day events get a certain amount of space at the top of the screen, and the time-specific events get the rest of the space below them. Let us control how much space the all-day events get. Right now it seems to be unchangeable.

    I can think of three options here. (1) In the settings, we could specify a percentage of the screen height to give to all-day events, for example, 20%, 40%, 60%. (2) On the screen itself, we could drag/drop the border down, as needed, to give the all-day events more space.…

  14. Week number widget

    Hi,

    I would like to suggest that to develop a widget to show "week number" only . Many schools and work places plan their events by week number.

    Second, can you make week number (left or right or both sides) column in month view. The default one currently show week number inside the day box doesn't really look nice.

  15. Show task list headings in the task list widget

    In the task list widget view, there is no task headings per list, meaning if you have two tasks due on the same day with the same name you are unable to tell to which list it belongs. I would like to see task list headings per group eg:

    Task list A

    3

    Task list B

    1
    2
    3

    As at the moment sorting by task list would show:

  16. Shift calendar

    Da ich Schichtarbeiter in einem durchgehenden Schichtsystem bin, würde mich die Möglichkeit einer Einbindung eines Schichtplans interessieren. das Problem : Alle im Business Calendars einzutragenden Termine muss ich auf einem externen Schichtkalenderauf auf Ihre Machbarkeit prüfen. Das ist sehr umständlich. Eine Kennzeichnung der zu leistenden Schicht mittels Farbcode oder Buchstabenkennzeichnung in jeden Tag wäre hier hilfreich. Das System müsste bei Angabe eines Starttermins fortlaufend einzugeben sein und dann vor - und rückwirkend übernommen werden. Dabei müssten noch andere Optionen dazu wählbar sein. Z.B Bereitschaft, Ausgleichstage, Überstunden, Sonderschichten usw.

  17. diary feature

    have a diary button when weekly or day view, which open a new window to write a diary.

    Also link photoes in small icon when photos are taken which acting like a photo diary too. Small icons of photo are shown when weekly or day view so that you can see what photos are taken on that particular day at glance. Also you can see these photos sorted by dates in middle size icons when entrring an album function or when you tap small icon in weekly or daily view.

  19. Agenda widget to display the oldest events after a period of inactivity

    After a period of inactivity the data displayed in the widget should refresh to the oldest date at the top

    The reason for this is that I often scroll through the agenda looking for an event. I then leave the phone. When I come back to look for todays activities I must scroll back to the top, which I sometimes forget to do. I have glanced at the phone in the past and missed todays events - as the widget is still showing the time period that I left it in.

  20. UI to specify notifications as date&time

    When adding a notification for an event, it's only possible to specify the notification time as relative to the event time (X hours in advance, etc.). It would be useful to have another option that allows to specify the notification time as given date&time.

    If it's technically difficult to remember the notification time this way, it'd be enough if BC automatically converted it to an offset, so this could be merely a UI addition (another possibility in the list of notification offsets when adding a notification or when postponing it). The calendar application DigiCal has this functionality.
