I wish there was an opportunity to merge events or and tasks
When there are many events or tasks would be very beneficial to have the possibility of merge of two or more such events or tadks in one.

Possibility to use BC1 theme in BC2
I feel like BC2 theme/contrast is too soft and it reduces readability compared to BC1. Colors are softer, Days and hours on the screen side/top are not as black and dark as before. In the year view, I can't distinguish the softer shade from a day without event. I also prefer rounded boxes and darker box titles in the week view.
The simplest solution would be to propose the legacy BC1 theme as an option. It could even encourage people still using BC1 to upgrade without regretting the look and feel of the previous version.9 votes -
Exclude full-day tasks from top bar
Please implement an option that allows to exclude full-day tasks from the top bar that otherwise gets cluttered too much. I prefer to have only important full-day events in the top bar.

Show Start time on Month View
Currently I use the month view very frequently. I have 3 - 6 calendars showing. I use two different month view widgets to separate work and personal calendars. In the widget, I can check a box and show start times on the month view.
However in the actual calendar, I don't seem to find the same function and I'd love that option!

Within widgets we would like to see a second "+" button to directly open a task !
Within Widgets please integrate a second "+" button to get directly to the new TASK view instead only having one "+" in the widgets that brings you to the new CALENDAR item view where you have to make another choice first to get to a new task item! This would speed up things a lot.

Get rid of the stylus button in order to edit tasks or calendar items!
When you chose a calendar or task entry you first habe to press the
stylus icon in order to be able to edit. Who needs this step? Either you
edit or you don't. This also would speed things up.4 votes -

Hallo, nein Vorschlag ist es die Kalenderwochen ganz oben beim Datum anstatt in der Aufgabenleiste anzuzeigen. Dort verschwindet sie bei vielen Aufgaben.

Bring back the red triangle in month view that shows the time of day
I would like to see again the red triangle in month view that shows the time of day progress as it is in BC1. I would also like the red bar that shows the time progress in week and day view to be red or at least make it an option to change the color to red or any other.

VERY IMPORTANT! Please make it possible to change the color of the letters! .
I personally consider this is more important than many other features.

Popup Choose Action
In BC1 you'll get a popup menu ("Choose Action") when you press and hold an event. I find this handy especially when copying events. Would like to see this feature in BC2.

Assign Multiple Calendars to single events
It would be so handy to be able to assign multiple calendars to one event - I have common events that span 4 or 5 calendars with different users (mix of Google and Exchange) so end up with layers of events - all the same info clogging up my week view which is the one I use most. I also use the agenda widget view which ends up having a huge list, and sorting/filtering a calendar is no good as I still need to see other events of those calendars. I'd like to see some way - perhaps zebra type…

GQueues Intergration
GQueues is a powerful GTD task manager that interfaces very well with Google/GApps. They do not have an API however their Google Calendar Integration works very well and allows for task management through Google Calendar that leverages the strengths of GQueues. One simple implementation for this in BusinessCalendar could be to allow a setting to designate a calendar as a "tasks" calendar. These events then appear in tasks areas of BusinessCalendar and simply relies upon the integration between Google Calendar and GQueues to create and sync tasks but then displays these in the task areas of Business Calendar. widget layout
i have used Samsung's S Planner a lot and liked that retro wooden style. Maybe a similar design for bc2 would be possible? Mainly for the widgets.

Clear date/today shortcuts in menu
The current menu in the event/task view, as well as when multiple tasks are selected, allows the user to: 1) move to another date and 2) move by a fixed time.
While these options are in the right direction, usability would be greatly aided by adding to the menu:
1) clear date (would be most useful if it works on multiple selected tasks)
2) clear time (this removes the time of event and keeps date... perhaps by converting to all-day event/task)Hope these make sense... and are easy enough to implement. Will help the handling of multiple events together.

One-line view per item, including date, for widget tasks view, with date at right end.
This allows many more tasks into view and makes it easier to see the deadlines coming up.
