Task sorting by user priority
Hi,
many thanks for such a nice application.
Please, can you integrate Task sorting by user like website of Google calendar (or application like https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ch.teamtasks.tasks&hl=en )?
I'am using many tasks and sorting by date or priority is little confused. (because high priority have more task than is visible on widget screen).
Thanks
Steve

Please let me organize tasks manually. Alphabetic or cronological order dont fullfil my needs. Select tasks list on widget would be very very welcome too.

It would be great if I could easily reorder tasks manually and quick select lists in widget like we do in the app.

Hi,
Many thanks for the great application.
Currently the subtasks are ordered alphabetically. I would to have an option or a global setting which will allow ordering by priority.
Thanks,
Petromir -

It is a shame that this feature is not yet supported. It is the default setting in google tasks!

Google Tasks in Gmail and in Android app can be placed in a user-specified order, not merely alphabetical or by due date. Please provide an option to sort by the user view. I have organized them by priority (top highest; bottom merely notes) and BC2 does not carry that information. Thank you!

I'd really like to use only BC2 to handle my events and all my tasks.
But currently, to handle my tasks, I have to switch between BC2 and the "Tasks" App of Stephen NOTTAGE (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tasks.android)
I use BC2 for tasks with due date (and it's very nice to drag the task on the Day View to put a start time), and Tasks for tasks with manual sort, like sport exercices or shopping lists.
I will really appreciate to have only one app for all tasks.
Thank you

Please do so in the end. I bought BC 2 yars ago, but still can not use it, because the work with the tasks in BC2 is awful badly done.

The sorting mechanism of BC2 in the agenda view is unclear to me and it is also why I still prefer BC1. (option "Show overdue tasks today" is checked)
please sort the tasks in agenda like in BC1:
1. due date
2. priority -

So when will this be available? Do you have a planned release date?

I know it is a minor thing but tagged "planned" for more than a year, when the previous version had this? Instead I got emoticons on an app called Business Calendar. Yay. (Sorry for the sarcasm)

Is this what you're looking for? Might want to put your votes behind this to get it over the line :)

I would like to sort subtasks manually, so I see the most important thing-to-do on top. Best per drag&drop.

Yes, it should be possible to reorder tasks simply by dragging them up or down, without setting a priority number on each. This should also work for sub-tasks.
New main tasks should by default be on top so they don't disappear in the pile before one has the chance to drag the new task where it belongs. New subtasks should probably be at the bottom, since that is usually where you would want a new subtask.
