    Hello and sorry for my English and very bad so it's best that I write in French.
    Small suggestion "improvement" (already because what you offer is great!): When program an appointment, you can ensure that one can choose several (not one at a time) recall , for example 15 mins 30 mins + etc. Etc. Before please?
