I suggest to create calendar groups.
Just go to Business Calendar 2, calendars and to-dos, groups, add new group and select which calendars should be in those groups.And mark those groups as favourites to use them from bottom favourite bar.

I am using gSyncIt to synchronize my Outlook with Business Calendar 2. I prefer to have one calendar with multiple categories in my Outlook instead of heaving multiple calendars. So gSyncIt is synchronized it this way:
google calendar work <=> my outlook calendar with category work
google calendar home <=> my outlook calendar with category home
etc.If you prefer to have multiple calendars in Outlook then you could try application Nine. It is great Exchange client.

I like this idea, but I would prefer to have a possibility to choose a colour of this line.
Hi,
I use tasks in BC2 a lot. Currently I have ˜70 unresolved tasks in my calendar and I have just noticed that it would help me a lot it there would be an option in task view to hide recurrent tasks and those with low(or without) priority. In my case recurrent tasks are mostly reminders for paying bills, generating reports, taking medicines, etc, while 1-time tasks are tasks related to my work with "hard deadlines". I would like to be able to be more focused on those 1-time tasks.
