Yeah, would be great for periodic and even for normal tasks.
It's confusing to see tasks which I shouldn't start because it's to early.
E.g. for single task: If doctor says: "Come back in 6 month", I want to enter a task "Call doctor" which is hidden until the given date (or X days before) is reached.
E.g. for periodic task: "Water the flowers" each week, but wait a week if it's just done
