Get rid of the stylus button in order to edit tasks or calendar items!
When you chose a calendar or task entry you first habe to press the
stylus icon in order to be able to edit. Who needs this step? Either you
edit or you don't. This also would speed things up.

how would you handle regular appointments? There is a popup if you click the stylus there. If you just want to read the information of the appointment it would be annoying to be asked if you wanna see all events or just this one ...
