Alarm type appointment
I'm looking for a way to make an alarm type of event where the reminder sound is continuous until I wake up and stop it.
Currently all I see is the option for one reminder sound for notifications and that's good. But this alarm type would be in addition to the existing reminder sound.

This request is duplicated in multiple places with different wording and levels of detail. disappointing that Appgenix doesn't closely monitor this forum.

Just the idea of seeing the coldness from BC2 as "DECLINED" tells you all you need to know. They're not interested in their users. Just what they want to "push out" to us to take it or leave it.

Greetings from Colorado, CO USA. Two requested features, bitte: 1) Alarm integration. I often add an appointment in Business Calendar 2, then go to my Gentle Alarm app, and add an associated alarm. The ability to do this simultaneously from BC2 would be immensely helpful. 2) Ability to multiple reminders simultaneously. Currently, you tap "ADD REMINDER" and select a radio option, which takes you back to the main screen. If you want additional reminder times, you have to do it one-by-one, which is quite ionconvenient. Why not simply allow multiple radio options to be tapped, before clicking a "DONE" button (for example)? Thanks! Charles Mote

Reason for this is, that on Android, you can set silence mode (only alarms give sound). If in that mode, normal calendar reminders will not give a sound, they will be silent, but an alarm will still give sound. Actually now, for some very important appointment in my calendar, I manually go into the android alarm setup, and add an alarm for that appointment.

BUT why not both methods? the maths is pretty simple. it's just a case of a method of display.
if 'time before event' is shown on the left (as it is currently) and 'actual reminder time' was shown on the right, that'd be great - even if the 'actual time' was not directly changeable and was just a 'slave' variable. This would save us all having to do the maths in our heads instead, AND would give us all fair warning if 'all day' events plan to wake us at 00:00am!
if the 'both' option above is deemed to make the aesthetics too busy, then maybe make it toggeable? I'd chose to display the actual reminder time over a minimalist interface anyday!
(also see my other similar suggestion of having a
'reminders only' schedule
that works like the agenda, but of forthcoming reminders rather than forthcoming events.) -

Example: I have 06:00am meeting; I'd like to add a 05:00am reminder/notification

It would be more convenient to set a reminder by entering a specific time (and date) (e.g. 15:00 for an appointment at 15:25 at the same day or e.g. 22:00 on 2015-08-26 for an appointment at 9:00 on 2015-08-27).
Choosing a value from the actually given list (10 minutes, 20 minutes, ... - these are time periods not a certain point in time) is unfortunately absolutely confusing...?!
