I would like an additional field to be imported when creating a template or even where you link a contact.

Right now when we link a contact it imports either the name or location or both.

I would like it to also import the NOTE field as well. As an option of course.

There is info in my NOTE field of my contact that I need when going to an appointment. Example the buzzer or intercom number.

I do realize that not everyone has added the NOTE field in ask all of their contacts. So BC2 would have to double check that the NOTE field is not null.

Oh, I should have stated that I want this NOTE field data to go into the 'Description' field of BC2.
