Availability comparison
Allow an availability view that allows the users to select non contiguous days for comparison in the current view selected. This is possible in outlook desktop when the user holds the control key and selects days from the mini months. Really helpful

there is no availability to view participants in side bar for scheduling conflict.

Please expand this feature to also include Google Calendar support as well. Seems like organizations either use Exchange or Google domains these days.

Please include availability status at least at the overview of an appointment.
Best would be if it was also shown graphically in the day and week view as an addition to the current busy/available depiction.

Samsung S Calendar has a very nice feature:
If you add an event in an Exchange calendar and an attendee that exists in Exchange, I can press a button to view the availability of the person which makes it very easy to book meeting that don't collide.
