The only thing close enough on PC is "emclient" which I have been using for 5 years now.
It's a paid software, but you can try a free version (with limited number of emails)
Then there's the good old Thunderbird+lightning extension if you don't like emclient.
Buy keep in mind that TB email format is pretty bad and won't scale with millions of emails. That's the reason why I switched to emclient, as TB was super slow.
