I should add the the "map" and "email all" buttons both pop up the respective apps without requiring the user to manually close the notification tray. *Only* the snooze button has this issue.

Outlook has this functionality and it is very nice. I wish BCP also had it. One implementation note: the time remaining until the meeting dynamically updates, so if you have a meeting reminder set for 5 minutes before the meeting, when the notification pops up it'll show "starts in 5 minutes" and after a couple minutes go by, the notification (if it hasn't been swiped/cleared) will show "starts in 3 minutes". Once the event starts, the message should be "event has started" and once it is over it should say "event has ended". The wording, of course, can be whatever, but that's loosely based on what Outlook does.

Additional note: this is not a request for the persistent notification; this request is to add the feature to normal, non-persistent notifications.

I should clarify that I am requesting this calendar option to suppress the display of per-event colors and just display the events using the calendar's default color (as if no per-event color was defined for the events) within agenda/day/week/month views.

Viewing the event details it would be fine to show the event's color.

In general, I like the current month view in BC2. Mine is configured to show all 7 days of the week and each event displays the portion of the title that fits within the day cell.

I have many calendars, so many of my days have a lot more events than can be displayed within the cell for a given day. That means a number of events are not displayed unless I tap on the day and bring up the pop-up display. I have the same issue when viewing the calendars online via Google Calendar web app.

Google's web app, though, has a user-definable "custom" view that looks like the month view but with a user-selectable number of rows. I use this view almost exclusively, with a setting of "2 weeks". Basically, it looks just like the month view but instead of showing 5 or 6 weeks, it only shows 2 at a time. Therefore, the rows are much taller and many more events can be displayed at once. Yay!

I would be very happy if BC2 would add a new view (leaving the existing month view as-is) that would allow the user to choose how many rows/weeks are displayed at once: 1, 2, 3, or 4 (options for 5 or 6 are redundant with the current month view). I would use this new view (set to either 1 or 2 weeks) pretty much exclusively within BC2 if it were available.

Google thought this feature was important enough to add to their web app, so I'm hoping (very much so) that it might provide some encouragement to add this feature to BC2.

    Please? :)

Final thought: As an alternative to a new view, it could also be implemented as a modification of the month view with a "zoom" slider, similar to the current BC2 week view that would let the user change the number of weeks displayed (from "1" to "full month").

Please add a drag-and-drop interface in settings to optionally allow a user to manually re-order calendars/groups in the favorites bar.

I have 5 accounts and over 40 calendars, including multiple groups set up, with 13 current favorite choices.

I am aware the favorites bar is presented in order of addition. While I can write down all of my current favorites, de-select them all, then re-add them in a new order and that does accomplish the end goal, it is far, far from user-friendly and thus why I am requesting a user-friendly way of re-ordering the favorites.

I could also use Google's calendar app because it accomplishes the same end goal, but I choose to use Business Calendar because it offers more functionality and generally in a more friendly way. I view the lack of a manual ordering feature like this; this feature would be another way that BC2 would be better than competition or unfriendly work-arounds.
