Outlook has this functionality and it is very nice. I wish BCP also had it. One implementation note: the time remaining until the meeting dynamically updates, so if you have a meeting reminder set for 5 minutes before the meeting, when the notification pops up it'll show "starts in 5 minutes" and after a couple minutes go by, the notification (if it hasn't been swiped/cleared) will show "starts in 3 minutes". Once the event starts, the message should be "event has started" and once it is over it should say "event has ended". The wording, of course, can be whatever, but that's loosely based on what Outlook does.

Additional note: this is not a request for the persistent notification; this request is to add the feature to normal, non-persistent notifications.

I should clarify that I am requesting this calendar option to suppress the display of per-event colors and just display the events using the calendar's default color (as if no per-event color was defined for the events) within agenda/day/week/month views.

Viewing the event details it would be fine to show the event's color.

Please add a drag-and-drop interface in settings to optionally allow a user to manually re-order calendars/groups in the favorites bar.

I have 5 accounts and over 40 calendars, including multiple groups set up, with 13 current favorite choices.

I am aware the favorites bar is presented in order of addition. While I can write down all of my current favorites, de-select them all, then re-add them in a new order and that does accomplish the end goal, it is far, far from user-friendly and thus why I am requesting a user-friendly way of re-ordering the favorites.

I could also use Google's calendar app because it accomplishes the same end goal, but I choose to use Business Calendar because it offers more functionality and generally in a more friendly way. I view the lack of a manual ordering feature like this; this feature would be another way that BC2 would be better than competition or unfriendly work-arounds.
