1. it would be nice to have a parameter to lock the favorite agendas activated below in the monthview to prevent accidental de-activation

   I find the tabs at the bottom marking which calendars are used are easy to bump and turn off. I would suggest a way to lock these, or move them elsewhere so they are not so easily turned off. Thanks!
