    Yes Please! I with 2 laptops running Outlook, via Google Calendar. I often work on my main laptop, adding content to my Calendar, then grab my phone to do some other tasks - and check Calendar/make other updates. So, it's important to me that the Sync occur as quickly as possible among my devices. 1 hours is far to long. 1 Minute is ok, but instant would be better, i.e. detect changes on Google and update. Or at least any changes made in BC2 sync'd immediately.
