I am agree this is an issue. when you add an event on a device you expect to find it in the other without to have to manually sync. BC should force sync if new event.
This is a reall issue as we are missing some events due to no auto sync on other devices.
eg: I add event on google calendar from desktop. I quit my desk then check my smartphone to see next event. Sometime I forgot to manually sync and I miss a meeting.
