Be able to pick the time when All Day events get notifications.
Right now, All Day events notify at midnight. Not very optimal.
Allow the choosing of when they get notified. Like 8am earliest. :-)

It really is annoying that midnight I'm getting notification about Birthday. I thought I manage to disable in setting but it doesn't stop at all.
No sure why it been almost 2 years and there doesn't seem that many people who felt this notification was an annoyance. Has people been putting up with it or I didn't look at setting carefully enough?
