Alternative event/task provider option
I wish there were an option to use something another event/task provider, i.e.
- ToodleDo
- Exchange
- Yahoo
- CalDav
etc.

I'd like to have Microsoft Exchange / Exchange Active Sync support.
Maybe a plugin system for task providers with public API would also be an option? -

In addition I would rather have support for syncing tasks with CalDav so that I can use it e.g. with Thunderbird, Owncloud, etc.

@Robert: It's not true that it is already working. pstoetzner askes for snchronizing task, not for dates or contacts. Sync dates or contact with CalDav works great.

That's a matter of your Anroid OS sync. Not your calendar application. Install davdroid and sync your contacts and calendars. It's already working. ☺
