Sharing calendar feature is available via Google infrastructure, e.g. you can share any of your calendars with another Google account, or even make it public and share by link. So my family (all have Google accounts on their Android devices) plans everything in the shared calendar. And Google notes for shared notes.
Unfortunately Google still does not support shared tasks, so we use Microsoft ToDo for this - quite a nice one, but requires MS account for each participant.

I have achieved that using functions in Samsung devices.
All members of my family have Samsung phones (Note 8, Note 10+, S20).
In options it is possible to create groups and share events in calendar (which are available in BC2 too, notes and lists in application Samsung Notes, photo albums in Gallery etc).
It works well.
