Keyboard shortcuts or Scroll-Button in User-Interface
For the use on a docked tablet - when swiping on a touch screen is not available - it should be possible to use mouse and / or keyboard to scroll through day, week and month-view.
E.g. scrolling to the next or previous day / week / month could work with STRG + arrow left or arrow right key or with a clickable arrow-button in the User interface.

This should work irrespective of the desktop mode. Basically the app would listen to HW key events. I have an Android phone with a HW keyboard, and already now I can use a few shortcuts (e.g. S for search, B and T for jumping to the bottom and top of the view in the week view). The shortcuts could just one key per action or with modifier (typically Ctrl key). I would suggest shortcuts to views (A=agenda, D=day,W=week and so on).
Ability to scroll the views with arrows (and select an event) would be nice, too.
