I want the ability to attach a picture to an event
I would like the ability to attach a picture to an event. Now you can attach an emoji to an event, how about a picture too or instead of.

I wonder if it would be possible to add a function that can save picture and documents at a task.Saw that other calendars have the ability to save documents or image
Kind regards

I need this feature too. The largest number of my events has any attachment (pdf, docx, jpg...). I have to change to the default calendar every time to view the files. This is really very annoying and not necessarily a feature that should be missing in a business calendar.

Business documents such as MS office items and PDFs would be ideal as attachment options

You decide what is best to do and what are the important policies and priorities for the development of APP,
surely portability is a good priority, but I want to express this opinion, then you will evaluate whether or not to consider it:The attachments to me only serve on smartphones, not on other devices or calendars,
so for me it is not necessary for the attachments to be synchronized on the network, just enough to be present only on my main device which is the smartphone.
The idea of attachment to me is something extra, not essential, to support the "description" of the event that remains fundamental,
so even if I have to open my calendar on another device and missing the attachment, I do not get a problem because I already read
the description of the event, but if I look at the event on the smartphone then I will see the attachment.Or, perhaps better but more challenging, you can make a contract with a web service, eg. Google Drive, or others (like Google Calendar that lets you add attachments to an event because it uploads them to Google Drive) or something like that.
Thank you for your service.

Not portable. Would be BC2 specific, and would not be compatible with other calendar applications. Emoji is already a dirty hack, unsupported by most other clients.
Also, calendar is a protocol that is designed to be light and allows very fast sync over narrow network; the only way to support pitures would imply 7b conversion of binary data, like for emails, and this would make the whole calendar heavy, and slower to sync, and calendars would consume much more disk space.
