Allow exception date for repeated events
For example, for a weekly repeated event. Allow automatic skipping the date if it falls on a public holiday. And additional options to allow entering date that are exemption from repeated rule.

It would be nice not only to allow the mentioned exceptions but ALSO ALLOW different begin/end times for certain occurrences of the series WITHOUT detaching the individual exceptional occurrence from the series.

In addition to "Always", "Up to date", "For a series of events", you can add "Select individual dates exactly" ??? that is, without a precise order or repetition, but "random" days.
