Recently I have wanted to note down key events in my life for personal reasons – so I was looking around for some timeline software. However, It occurs to me that every thing you need is within BC2 – it just needs something to pull that data out and present it in a list.

The way I thought about it is to have events marked as a ‘timeline’ entry.
Thus you would need an item on each calendar entry to be marked as a timeline (or to reference the word ‘timeline’ within the header entry, say).

Then, you can run an option to pull out all of the timeline entries within a list.

Heading: Born 1972 TIMELINE
From 01/01/1972
To ....

Heading: Started Kindergarten TIMELINE
From 15/04/1976
To ....

Heading: Started first school TIMELINE
From 16/09/1980
To ....

Etc.

Example of output:

01/01/1972 Born 1972
15/04/1976 Started Kindergarten
16/09/1980 Start first school

Etc.
