  1. Multiple Time Zones

    I am surprised that none of the views features additional time zones, similar to MS Outlook or Google Calendar. This would be a tremendous help when planning events/calls/meetings across the continents. At least 2 time zones would be great. And at least in Day view, if not not also in Week view.

  2. +/-30 minutes button in time selection view

    i want to have two buttons to change the time with one click by + or - 30 minutes. or maybe customiseable that the user can choose how many minutes to jump up or down.

  3. INPUT MASK: font size of the description field

    Dear team,

    Is it possible to increase the font size of the Description field by creating event / task ? This would be much appreciated. Thank you.

  4. In Day List Widget, Display End Times for Multi-Day Event

    This is a little complicated. But if you use the Day List widget and don't display end times, it will clear up the misleading and puzzling display of multi-day events.

    For example, here are the start date, today and end date displays of an event from Oct 25 - 30 when end times are not displayed:

    First day - 7:00 AM Test event
    Today - Oct 25 Test event
    Last day - Oct 30 Oct 25 Test event

    Puzzling, yes? But if end times are displayed, the multi-day event is clearly described on each line:

  5. FEATURE: Option to set a fixed time granularity in calendar views

    FEATURE REQUEST: Option to set time granularity.
    Why?
    1, I find myself constantly pinch zooming granularity,
    2, it allows me to see what 10 minute time slot is available for scheduling.
    3, because there is already a useful feature for moving events within
    granularity, yet because there are no time markings for 10 minutes, or 5,
    or 15, I never know what my granularity is set to
    4.Since finish times aren't shown, I never know when to schedule a new
    event so that it won't overlap
    5. When it shows overlapping events I. can't tell whether it's because of
    granularity…

  6. Make subtasks collapsible in the DayPro Widget

    It would be useful to be able to make subtasks collapsible in the DayPro Widget view. They are collapsible when working in the app on the Task List and Day views, so would like the same functionality in the widget.

  7. Agenda Sort Order Setting: Appointments before Tasks (esp. in widgets)

    A corresponding setting that can determine whether appointments or tasks in general are classified first would be really incredibly helpful!

    Background: An appointment is timed and involves other people more directly (i.e. relatively more important than a task for which you have the whole day).

    Also, important tasks of a day can already be moved up by the priority icons. Appointments currently disappear after the unimportant tasks.

    The purpose of an agenda is to provide an overview of appointments and tasks - the current view is unfortunately not very helpful. Especially in the widget, where there is often only screen…

  8. Improve week widget: Widen current day column

    When using the week widget, it would be more useful if the width of the current day could be, 1.5 or 2x, wider than the other 6 days.

    The other six days would only lose 10 to 15% of their width.

    Maybe the extra space could even be made up by moving the hour markers from the left hand column and incorporate them into the current day.

    Have an option in the Week Widget settings to widen the width of current day in relation to the other 6, so that the more information can be displayed.

  9. I want to be able to link multiple contacts to events and tasks

    There are many times for an event or task multiple people are involved. Playing golf there are 3 players I would like to link to this event, as an example.

  10. Overdue tasks in widget sumarized in one line

    Sometimes i have more than one overdue task. In this case the overdue tasks will be shown above the entrys of the current day in the agenda widget. Because sometimes i lost the overview, my proposal is that all overdue tasks should be summerized in one line which is named overdue tasks or something like that at the current day in the widget. Another option could be, that the overdue tasks war schon at the end of the current day.

  11. Task Review (review & snooze) OR more flexible postpone option

    I would love to go through all the tasks of a given period (overdue + next week/next month) so that each task is shown individually on the screen, and there are preset buttons for rescheduling ("Today", "Tomorrow", +2 days, +5 days, 1 week etc...).

    It would make planning a lot easier and easier to make changes to existing dates. It is quite annoying that the current postpone is only a specific set delay.

    Alternatively "postpone" could open up a calendar / or option view for flexible postponing with one or two clicks.

  12. I want a countdown function

    I would like to know how many days until an event, or task. I would also like it to be reversible, i.e. count down or count up. Count up would tell me how many times I can use/make/drive/do before an event.

  13. Streamline long-press menu for copy/delete/move/multi-select

    Currently it requires a lot of taps to choose between drag & drop, drag & drop copy, and multi-select.

    When you long-press a calendar event the top bar changes and has a delete button, so why not add buttons to duplicate the entry or to switch to multi-select mode?

    It seems like it would be more intuitive from the user end because most users will automatically long-press the item first and then they will look to see what options are available.

  14. Give a choice for whole-day events to show in top bar OR across the whole day

    When I view an event that lasts three days and that has a specific start- and end-time (on the first and third day), the event is shown in the 'whole day' bar for the middle day. But I would like the event to span the whole middle day from top to bottom so it is obvious that there already is an event that lasts the whole day.
    It would be great to have a choice for whole day events: shown in the top bar or span the whole day from 0 to 24h.

  15. Hide single events

    Can we please have the feature of hiding events?

    Picture this: there's an event on your calendar that is completely irrelevant to you, but you can't delete it. Maybe you share a calendar with several other people, and THEY need that event. Or maybe it's an imported calendar that you have no editing rights to.

    The calendar per sé is important, and can't be hidden, but the event needs to go. How can we solve this? A hiding EVENTS functionality!

    And, of course, it would be ideal if this applied to the app, the widgets, the notifications, etc...

    I want to change color easier. Now we can add reminder(alarm of event) in detail view by one click button. So I want to change color of event as easy as adding reminder. Please add Changing color button in detail view.

  17. Only optional writing of extended color information into description

    Without an option to prevent usage of description field, color information ("BC2-Color: ...") is also shared with participants of meetings for example. I prefer using description field for information that participants understand (agenda, ...). Only BC2 will not display it, Outlook, Nextcloud and other mobile apps are showing it.

    Without the option there is also no way to prevent colors being synced when calendars are shared. Even if sync tool has such option (e.g. DAVx5) BC2 uses information in description and ignores empty native color information. Example is when you want to have your partners calendar on your phone but…

  19. Widgets - List the Individual calendars selection in alphabetical order and grouped by account

    Please sort the Individual calendars selection in alphabetical order and grouped by account, in the Widgets' setting.

    I have 2 Gmail accounts, with a lot of Calendars in both of them, and they are all messed up, and it is difficult to find the correct one (some calendar have. same name in the 2 account).
