What's your idea for Business Calendar 2?

CalDAV task sync

Add org.dmfs.tasks as a task provider.

I want to sync my personal tasks without Google and store them on my own CalDAV server.
Please make BC's tasks compatible with software like DAVdroid or CalDAV-Sync.

Would be awesome!

    First, Business Calendar is the most useful app I have on my smartphone.

    But unfortunality tasks can not be synchronised using a DAV-Synchroniser. DAVDroid is used by thousends of Android user. Business Calendar should make it possible, synchronising tasks throug DavDroid. Please find a solution for the huge CalDav community. Please?!?

    The actual CalDAV-Sync package is "org.dmfs.caldav.lib". It would really be great if BC2 would support it.

    OpenTasks (org.dmfs.tasks) also just uses the CalDAV-Sync provider.

    I went to pro a few weeks ago to support this app and this is the only thing I'm missing. It would be nice to have this feature, because at the moment I use an extra app for my tasks. I don't want google tasks, I have my own nextcloud.

    YES! Using mailbox.org and buying the proversion of BC2 the second this gets implemented.

    Yep .... I am deffenetly changing to aCalander+ and OpenTasks because the missing of CalDav Support... I will miss the Business Calander App...

    also using owncloud and would like to sync my tasks. Others like a-calendar are supporting davdroid including tasks. Just waiting on your response before changing.

    Hello,

    I recently commented on the Desktop version idea, thinking that it will solve this problem of Google-exclusive Tasks creation and synchronization.

    Upvote for this idea; it solves the problem in a more direct way.

    Sehr geehrtes Entwicklerteam,
    gibt es eine Möglichkeit Aufgaben/Task aus nextcloud bzw. mit nextcloud zu synchronisieren?
    Möchte in der Google-Welt nicht meine Termine, Kontakte und Aufgaben preisgeben, habt Ihr eine Schnittstelle zu nextcloud vorgesehen oder gibt es ein workaround so dass man jetzt bereits irgendwie nutzen kann?
