Being able to sync calendar events via caldav complete with OAUTH authentication would work around missing functinality within https://gitlab.com/bitfireAT/davx5-ose ; even if this is pay for extensible option.

Yes, BC offers huge potential but this his too bad that this really important feature is missing.
