CalDAV task sync

Add org.dmfs.tasks as a task provider.

I want to sync my personal tasks without Google and store them on my own CalDAV server.
Please make BC's tasks compatible with software like DAVdroid or CalDAV-Sync.

Would be awesome!

    There are 3 requests concerning the task provider under the top-ten requests, overall 1621 votes!
    Thats makes it the most requested feature for more than 4 years - and yet no reaction. That's really poor. Instead there are many updates with features no one really needs.

    I have bought the app years ago. Now I want to completely abandon Google. So I built my owncloud server. Last step is Bussiness Calendar. I use it every day. Please make a DAV support.

    me too, i am nearly at the decision to abandon business calendar, i want to use gmx calendar, that provides CAL Support.
    I had bought the pro version, but i am not satisfied that this simple feature is not included

    DAV Tasks Sync does work great with aCalendar+ (via OpenTasks). Tested with ownlcoud.

    Google is not known as a special friend of privacy.
    Therefore, I do not want to sync my tasks through Google!

    Therefore, the ability to display tasks from a source other than Google is urgently needed !!!

    First, Business Calendar is the most useful app I have on my smartphone.

    But unfortunality tasks can not be synchronised using a DAV-Synchroniser. DAVDroid is used by thousends of Android user. Business Calendar should make it possible, synchronising tasks throug DavDroid. Please find a solution for the huge CalDav community. Please?!?

    The actual CalDAV-Sync package is "org.dmfs.caldav.lib". It would really be great if BC2 would support it.

    OpenTasks (org.dmfs.tasks) also just uses the CalDAV-Sync provider.

    I went to pro a few weeks ago to support this app and this is the only thing I'm missing. It would be nice to have this feature, because at the moment I use an extra app for my tasks. I don't want google tasks, I have my own nextcloud.
