Set event reminders time as "date and time" for example "2014-05-20 16:35"
In a new event I want to have possibility to enter reminders time as exact "date and time" for example "2014-05-20 16:35". Current pattern "some time before" (for example 57 hours before the event) is inconvenient.
This also includes displaying reminder time in exact datetime format.
This could be an preferences option so that user can choose which method is preferred.

I agree I just emailed their feedback with this:
Hello.
The Web based and official Google calendar allows you to set new events as all day events, while still allowing you to set a notification or email reminder at a time of your choosing.
Would be nice if you could add this feature as I'm using two calender apps at the moment."

I'm sorry but I do not understand! Really, everyone believes in his mind to put a reminder at a specific time? or maybe no one uses reminders ?!
very very very bad!извините, но я не понимаю! неужели, все считают в уме, чтобы поставить напоминание на конкретное время? или, может, никто не пользуется напоминаниями?!
очень очень очень плохо! -

I agree this is illogical now, both for all day events and tasks. It makes new tasks not usable for me.
Old BC had it good for tasks - you were specifying time of reminder (ie. 11:00) and separately the day - task day or one day before or two days before etc. This was working great.
The new "birthday calendar" has also not so bad solution, although there are only two times available - 8:00 and 11:00.
Best option is to make it like with old BCTasks.

hi!
very uncomfortable that you can not set the reminder time, if the event is a "full day". Same thing with the tasks! if the task with an uncertain time, while the reminder is impossible to put a specific time! Example 1: I want to create an event for the whole day and put a reminder to 10:00. how to do it? Example 2: I want to create an uncertain task, but set a reminder for a specific time. this can be done in your application, as in the standard calendar, I can (in tasks)!
(I'm sorry if you find it difficult to understand - is google translator :)) -

Oh, I have missed your proposal, so I recently generated "my own one":
Topic: alternative reminder/alarm setting
It would be more convenient to set a reminder by entering a specific time (and date) (e.g. 15:00 for an appointment at 15:25 at the same day or e.g. 22:00 on 2015-08-26 for an appointment at 9:00 on 2015-08-27).
Choosing a value from the actually given list (10 minutes, 20 minutes, ... - these are time periods not a certain point in time) is unfortunately absolutely confusing...?!
So, I am deleting mine and support yours!!
I would appriciate the realsisation!

I requested this on the original BC years ago and it never was implemented. It seems completely ridiculous to me to have to do a bunch of math in my head JUST to set the actual time in the future I want the reminders to alert.

Allow me to set a reminder for event/task for a specific time of days, to repeat any number of days ahead of event/task.
The existing reminder system is illogical and very y confusing to use. -

Bitte Integration individueller Erinnerungen.
