Option to display empty days in agenda view
Option to display empty days in agenda view - I live in this view and it is disconcerting to press "go to today" icon and go to 3 days after - due to empty days. Much better to "go to today" and scan forward from there if needed.

The option to display empty days in agenda view has been added with version 2.18.0.

I'm sure this has been addressed somewhere but I just created a new calendar called "Empty Days". I created an event in this calendar with a dot . as the subject line. I thne colored it white so it blends in on my phone. It just adds a basically empty line to your agenda calendar and I made it repeat every day with it never-ending. This way even "Empty Days" show up on my agenda. Kind of my Polish work around.

For me this is one of the biggest (there are few) flaws of this otherwise great app.

This is a MUST. Only showing dates with events is horribly confusing because it makes the scrolling wildly inconsistent. When you're scrolling through an agenda, you can accidentally jump days or weeks because you'd just been scrolling fast through a busy week or two, then you hit on a week that's less busy, but you're scrolling just as fast.
Ideally, I'd like to see a scrolling agenda with a split view, showing a week or month view at the top.

Couldn't agree more with these suggestions both for the basic mode and in the widget. I always have the widget opened to the agenda. It's a quick way for me to both see what's coming up and where I have free time. I need the empty days available to do the latter -- to find my free spaces.

you should add 3 options in setting of agenda view and agenda widget:
- show all days (empty or not)
- show days only with an event or task (default)
- show an indicator for a gap between days with an event or task -

Another idea: for me the main problem with not showing empty days is that there is no visual indication that there is a gap between the days shown. So when glancing the agenda I instinctively think there is some task or event nearby in time, when it may be weeks away if there are empty days in between. So a way to alleviate this could be to have a visual indication which could be progressively more distinct to represent the length of gap in time.
