Quick edit
In Event View, please add ability to touch event title, time or date to quickly change it without entering Edit mode.

"Direct editing" added in settings 'Week' section, click 'direct editing' was added November 2020, I celebrated for a week! Is fabulous.

This feature was asked 5 years ago!!! Still not added.
I want the events to enter Edit mode right away when I click on them in the widget (i.e. skip clicking the pen/edit icon).

I deal with hundreds of calendar events every week, allowing to jump right into edit most would be incredible, would pay very good money to do this. Having to go to choose an item, then in the secondary view detail mode choose edit, then begin editing takes significant time - one press edit from day/week/month would save me hours - just tell me what to pay for this!

that would be very helpful...maybe swipe to edit from the agenda view...and certainly no need to hit the "back" button after editing

Yeah, it's very 2010 to have to tap an edit button to edit stuff.

as well as the calendar - editing should not require clicking an edit button, and going through a different interface!
